Adam joins us as Recruitment Sales Manager responsible for generating new business partnerships with small to mid-sized growth oriented technology focused organizations. His strategic initiatives include expanding Noble1’s client network nationwide and developing rapport with IT executives who need resources for their IT software and hardware integration and implementation projects.
Adam has more than 10 years of experience in business development, IT recruitment, marketing and sales. As a Business Development Executive at BrighterBrain, Adam was responsible for increasing net profits within two months of contract. As Senior Account Manager at SED International Inc., he successfully opened six major mass merchant retail accounts and expanded distribution sales through new account activations. He also revived and enhanced previously lost relationships with key customers, recovering lost revenue.
Adam has consistently achieved growth during his career: while at A TO Z Professional Property Services, Inc., as President of Sales and Operations he increased revenue by 60% in his first year.
Adam did coursework in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications at Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia.
