Please join us in welcoming Jeremy Uracius to the Noble1 team. Jeremy joins us an EMC Storage Technician, bringing with him ten years of experience in the IT support industry.
Jeremy has an incredible array of knowledge and experience that will benefit Noble1 customers. He consistently maintains high volumes of completed calls with accuracy and efficiency, and provides regular follow up with all customers and internal personnel to ensure satisfactory response times and resolutions. Jeremy also identifies areas of improvement to ensure he will continually deliver the superior service Noble1 customers expect.
His knowledge of software and networks is broad and in-depth with software experience such as Unisphere, EMC Host Agents, Navisphere Manager, PowerPath, Telnet, Putty, and Microsoft Office. He is trained and experienced in Storage Pool configuration and in installing and uninstalling new software and upgrade to code, including NDU’s non-disruptive upgrades, troubleshooting problems with networks or application issues and virus protection and prevention. He can also perform conversions and upgrades of both hardware and software.
Before joining Noble1, Jeremy was a Technical Support Engineer at EMC Corporation, where he was responsible for the quick resolution of customer concerns both on immediate issues as well as on long-term system stability and redundancy.
Jeremy has an Associates Degree in Specialized Business from York Technical Institute, York, Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) Degree from American InterContinental University, and certification as a Storage Administrator, VNX Solutions Specialist Version 7.0.
With his incredible knowledge of both hardware and software, Jeremy is a valuable addition to the Noble1 team. He will provide Noble1 customers with the superior service that has made Noble1 North America’s premiere IT hardware support solutions company.
Bryan K. Davis
We are happy to welcome and introduce Bryan K. Davis who has joined Noble1 as an HP Technician. Bryan brings to Noble1 more than 25 years of experience, specializing in Hewlett-Packard hardware, software and operating systems.
Before joining Noble1, Bryan was the Remote/Onsite Field Engineer and Duty Manager for Data Vista, Inc., Westampton, New Jersey, where his responsibilities included remote troubleshooting, diagnostics and onsite repair of Hewlett-Packard ITANIUM (IA64) and PARISC Servers and Workstations, SUN StorageTek Tape Silos, and Dell Disk arrays. Prior to that he spent 13 years as a Technical Consultant III (Senior Response Center Engineer) at Hewlett-Packard where he was responsible for remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of all Hewlett Packard ITANIUM (IA64) and PARISC Servers and Workstations.
While with the U.S. Air Force, Chanute AFB, IL 3330th Technical Training Wing, Bryan certified in Aircraft Powerplant Technology. He is also Hewlett Packard Hardware (K-class) Certified in HPUX boot camp; HPUX System and Network Administration Training; L300 MCA Analysis of single cell HP Integrity Systems; HP BladeSystem C-Class Solutions I – Technologies, Planning, and Deployment; and HP Systems Insight Manager v5.0 Foundations, Windows/Linux.
